HI, I’M KAT
• FOUNDER AND DESIGNER •
I started Crafted Wild with a passion to design beautiful brands whilst travelling the world, and now this is my life. With an adventurous spirit and deep curiosity for exotic places, I like to expand the limits of what’s known and comfortable to discover something more potent in this lifetime. My wanderings have led me across Europe, Latin America and South East Asia, providing experiences that fill me with creative inspiration.
It’s important to me to live a life that’s free. Free to live, create and express in a way that feels real. Throughout my creative journey, I realised there is a passion in me to birth things into the world that are both beautiful and evocative. To create art that expands boundaries and makes people feel something. When designing a brand this underlying purpose is always running through me.
The dynamics in human relationships also fascinate me, and I can see how this translates into my work because much of branding is about how people form relationships with brands. It’s about understanding how to create desire, connection and ultimately, trust.
For each brand I work with I like to form a personal connection with the client. This allows me to know them on a tangible level, but also feel them on an intuitive level, and then translate this into a brand that really resonates with them.
